Job description:

• academic research and teaching in the field of art history, visual and media studies and/or digital humanities
• Management and supervision of the Mediathek of the Department of Art and Visual History and its extensive holdings (including historic collections), its digital image collections and the non-book media of the university library
• supporting the IKB’s digital humanities research, networking with digital humanities within and outside the Humboldt University

Requirements:

• completed university degree and doctorate in art history, visual and media studies or digital humanities
• at least three years of academic or professional experience in full-time employment after the completion of university studies
• proven interest in and knowledge of digital humanities and in working with analogue and digital image collections

This is a permanent position.
