Job description:

  • scientific services in research and teaching in the field of differential geometry and geometric analysis, in particular Riemannian manifolds with special and exceptional holonomy, gauge theory and pseudo-holomorphic curves
  • tasks for own scientific qualification (doctorate)

Requirements:

  • completed scientific university degree in mathematics
  • excellent knowledge of differential geometry, Riemannian geometry and analysis
  • good knowledge of the foundations of gauge theory and/or the theory of pseudo-holomorphic curves is an advantage
  • good command of written and spoken German and English is required
