The following eight institutions cooperate in the Research Associates Program of the Berlin School of Economics (BSoE RAP) to promote the careers of junior researchers: the School of Business and Economics at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin, the School of Business and Economics at Freie Universität Berlin, the School of Economics and Management at Technische Universität Berlin, the Faculty of Economics and Social Sciences at the University of Potsdam, the Europa-Universität Viadrina Frankfurt (Oder), the WZB Berlin Social Science Center, the European School of Management and Technology Berlin and the Hertie School.

In collaboration with the BSoE, the Microeconomics Research Group at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin invites applications for the position of a Research Associate (m/f/d).

Excellent researchers particularly from the following fields are invited to apply: organizational economics, public policy, education economics, behavioral economics, personnel economics.

 

Duties:

  • Successful candidates will contribute part of their time to research and teaching in economics or business administration at the Master levels as well as to furthering their own research agenda.
  • Successful candidates will become members of the collaborative research center TRR 190 “Rationality and Competition: The Economic Performance of Individuals and ”

 

Requirements:

  • Completed scientific university degree in economics or a related discipline, PhD desired
  • Excellent qualifications and a strong record of independent research
  • Very good command of written and spoken English
