Job description:
- scientific services in research in the DFG projects SFB 1315 and Koselleck (project no. 327654276 and 546068881)
- data analysis of large image volumes from microCT, synchrotron and MR imaging
- development of novel analysis techniques for three-dimensional image data sets
- opportunity for own scientific Qualification (doctorate) in the field of computational neuroscience
Requirements:
- completed scientific university degreeincomputer science or a related field
- experience with machine vision applications
- advanced knowledge in image analysis
- experience with artificial intelligence applications in image analysis
- basic and methodological knowledge in the field of neuroscience
- good command of written and spoken English (at least C1)
