Job description:

  • scientific services in research in the DFG projects SFB 1315 and Koselleck (project no. 327654276 and 546068881)
  • data analysis of large image volumes from microCT, synchrotron and MR imaging
  • development of novel analysis techniques for three-dimensional image data sets
  • opportunity for own scientific Qualification (doctorate) in the field of computational neuroscience

 

Requirements:

  • completed scientific university degreeincomputer science or a related field
  • experience with machine vision applications
  • advanced knowledge in image analysis
  • experience with artificial intelligence applications in image analysis
  • basic and methodological knowledge in the field of neuroscience
  • good command of written and spoken English (at least C1)
