Job description:
- scientific service in research in the project SPP 2196
- investigations of the electronic structure of perovskite thin films and their interfaces in solar cells with angle-resolved UV photoelectron spectroscopy (AR-UPS) and XPS
- further development of operando AR-UPS and XPS to investigate photovoltage effects
Requirements:
- completed scientific university education in physics or a related discipline
- expertise in surface and semiconductor physics (particularly perovskites and organic semiconductors)
- photoelectron spectroscopy and handling of UHV equipment
- demonstrated experience in usage of UHV-equipment and performing photoelectron spectroscopy experiments on perovskites and organic semiconductors
- intercultural competence and excellent communication skills
