Job description:

  • scientific services in research and teaching
  • production and characterization of nano- and quantum structures of electronic materials
  • setting up and conducting experiments in the “New Materials” working group
  • contributing to scientific exchange with national and international research cooperation partners
  • tasks related to own scientific qualification (doctorate)

 

Requirements:

  • completed university degree in physics, materials science, or electrical engineering with a specialization in solid-state physics and above-average grades
  • knowledge of semiconductor physics and technology
  • very good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • very good written and spoken English skills (at least B2)
  • good written and spoken German skills (at least B2)
  • basic knowledge of knowledge transfer desirable
  • ability to work independently and with great care
  • ability to work in a team and cooperate with others
