  • Research position within the Collaborative Research Center FONDA
  • development of novel 3D computer vision methods for microscopy
  • 3d reconstruction, tracking, event cameras, deep learning
  • workflow optimization for distributed computing
  • activities for scientific qualification

Requirements:

  • Completed university degree in computer science or related disciplines (preferably with very good marks)
  • profound knowledge in computer vision, 3D image analysis, deep learning, software engineering, C++
  • experience in workflow systems beneficial
  • very good command of English
